Come Prepared

  • Tell us your sport and current training phase
  • Identify your top tight zones at intake
  • Hydrate well — even more than usual
  • Time pre-event work 48 – 72 hours out
  • Eat normally — competition day rules don't apply

After Your Session

  • Hydrate aggressively for 24 hours
  • Light shake-out work the next day, no peak efforts
  • Foam roll your usual problem zones
  • Re-book within the week if mid-build
  • Document any zones we found for next visit
Race-Week Cadence

A Four-Session Race Week

For peak events. Most regular athletes settle into weekly sessions year-round.

Sports massage. Clear residual fatigue from the prior block. Identify any restrictions to address before race day.

Race Week Wednesday
Lymphatic. Reduce inflammatory load and any heavy-leg sensation. Light pressure only.
Session 2

Race Week Friday
Light sports work. 30 minutes of activation only. Quick range-of-motion sweep.

Recovery sports massage. Within 48 hours of the event. Begin the rebuild immediately.
