24 hours' notice, no charge. Less than 24 hours, 50% of the session fee. No-shows are charged in full. We understand post-op recovery is unpredictable — call us if anything comes up and we'll work with you.
Yes, for post-operative drainage within Greater Los Angeles during the first two weeks of recovery. $75 travel fee applies. Contact us to arrange.
Valet is available in the 9150 Wilshire building. Metered street parking is on Palm Drive, typically 2-hour limit. Allow 10 extra minutes for your first visit.
Post-Op Specifics
Most surgeons clear clients at 48 hours. Some prefer 72. Follow your surgeon's instruction — if unsure, we'll call and confirm before your first appointment.
Typical post-op protocols run 10 – 20 sessions over 12 – 16 weeks. BBL and 360 lipo tend to sit at the higher end; tummy tuck and breast surgery usually fewer. We plan at your intake.
Always. Bring your op-note or post-op instructions to your first visit. We coordinate with 14 board-certified surgeons in the area directly — if yours is among them, we likely already have your protocol on file.
For seroma, fibrosis, or hardening beyond what's expected, yes — drainage is often exactly what's needed. For active infection, unhealed wounds, or DVT, no — we'll refer you back to your surgeon first.
Insurance & Payment
Lymphatic drainage for cosmetic recovery is typically not insurance-covered. We accept HSA/FSA cards and provide itemized receipts. Clients with medically necessary lymphedema may have coverage — contact us.

Preparation & Aftercare
A loose two-piece outfit — easy to get in and out of. You'll be under a sheet during the session. Bring your compression garment.
A light meal two hours prior is ideal. Heavy meals within the hour make abdominal work uncomfortable.
That's the goal. The fluid we moved during the session is now being processed out by your kidneys. Hydrate aggressively for the next 12 hours.
