What It Does
Contour Work,
Done By Hand
No machines. Just consistent manual technique — applied weekly — that refines the lines that diet and exercise can't reach.
- 01Visible By Session ThreeMost clients photograph results weekly. By the third visit the change in waist or abdomen is clear in the mirror.
- 02Targets Stubborn AreasThe hip, the saddlebag, the lower abdomen. Areas that respond slowly to exercise often respond directly to manual sculpting.
- 03Boosts Local Lymph FlowCombined cupping and drainage work clears retained fluid in the treatment zone — part of why results show so quickly.
- 04Compatible With RecoveryPost-op clients can integrate this from week 6 — when the lymphatic system is ready for more direct work.
- 05Stacks With Wood TherapyMany clients stack 60 minutes of sculpt with 30 minutes of wood therapy. Ask about combined sessions.

Twice Monthly
Common Questions
Sculpt & Tone, Answered
The pressure is deeper, the rhythm is slower, and we use cupping and percussion to mobilize the deep tissue. It is not relaxation — it is work.
Some clients show light cupping marks for two to four days. They fade fully and are not painful.
They hold as long as you hold the cadence. Most clients stay on a twice-monthly maintenance plan to keep the contour.
After week 6 post-op, with surgeon clearance, yes. Before that, drainage only.
