What It Does
A Small Visit,
Outsized Effect
Reflexology operates on the principle that points on the feet correspond to systems throughout the body. We don't oversell the science — but the effect on circulation and sleep is undeniable.
- 01Improves CirculationThe feet are the farthest point from the heart and frequently neglected. Direct pressure work measurably improves local blood flow.
- 02Reduces Heel & Arch PainPlantar fasciitis and chronic arch tightness respond well to consistent reflexology. Booked weekly is enough for most cases.
- 03Better SleepMost clients report deeper sleep the night of a reflexology visit. The parasympathetic effect is strong.
- 04Most Common Add-OnAdd 30 minutes of reflexology to any other session for $60 — most regulars do this every visit.
- 05Standalone Or ExtendedA 30-minute reflexology slot is the cheapest entry on our menu and a great way to introduce a friend or family member to the studio.

30 covers the basic foot map. 45 adds calf and lower leg work — much more relaxing and worth the upgrade for most clients.
