Each Session

Come Prepared

  • Bring your op-note for the first visit
  • Avoid heavy makeup — it will be removed
  • No sunscreen or active products in the morning of
  • Hydrate well, especially the night before
  • Tell us about any recent injectables — timing matters

After Your Session

  • Continue hydrating that day
  • Sleep elevated for the next 48 hours post-op
  • No hot showers or sauna for 24 hours
  • Apply compression wrap if your surgeon prescribed one
  • Skip injectables for at least 72 hours after
