"I had such a wonderful experience with my post-surgery lymphatic massage. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely cared for and at ease. The therapist was incredibly gentle, knowledgeable, and attentive, taking the time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. The massage itself made a huge difference—I left feeling noticeably less swollen, lighter, and just overall so much better in my body. Beyond the physical relief, there was also a sense of calm and reassurance that I didn’t realize I needed so much during recovery. If you’re navigating post-surgery healing, I can’t recommend this enough. It truly felt like an essential part of my recovery, and I’m so grateful for the level of care and attention I received."
Lymphatic
Massage
Manual lymphatic drainage applied to a healthy body — for de-puffing, immune support, post-travel recovery, and seasonal reset. The same protocol used post-operatively, dialed for general wellness use.
Drainage As
Maintenance
You don't need surgery to need drainage. The lymphatic system runs slower than the cardiovascular one — and a monthly session keeps it moving.
- 01De-Puffs The Whole BodyVisible reduction in fluid retention — face, abdomen, ankles. Effects last roughly seven to ten days.
- 02Supports Immune FunctionThe lymphatic system clears immune debris. Stimulating its flow regularly is a small, real boost in baseline immunity.
- 03Post-Travel RecoveryLong flights cause measurable lymphatic stagnation. A session within 48 hours of landing resets the system.
- 04Pre-Event PreparationBooked 24 – 72 hours before a wedding, photoshoot, or event. The contour is real, briefly.
- 05Compatible With EverythingNo interaction with workouts, diet, supplements, or skincare. Stack with any other treatment.
What To Expect
Each Session
Come Prepared
- Hydrate well — two liters the day before
- Light meal an hour before, not heavy
- Wear loose clothing for ease of dressing
- Skip the sauna or hot bath that morning
- Time it before, not after, an event
After Your Session
- Continue hydrating — another two liters that day
- Expect increased urination for 6 – 12 hours
- Avoid alcohol and salt for 24 hours
- Light walking is great; intense exercise can wait a day
- Book your next monthly session before you leave

"Juanita works wonders!! Three months after surgery I was in Swell Hell and I finally got relief after only a couple of sessions. She is knowledgeable and takes her time no rush no hurry just constant confidence and assurance that swelling is temporary and treatable. She understands the recovery process and is conscious of the aftercare and the pressure needed while listening to her client. The decor and place is lovely and comfortable. Parking is easy although typical BHills pricing.🤷♀️. All worth it. The overall experience is 5 star. Lymphatic massage is now part of my monthly (minimum) routine. Thanks Juanita!!"
"Amazing experience with my post-op lymphatic massage therapist. She is extremely knowledgeable about the healing process and truly understands what the body needs after surgery. Her work helped reduce my swelling and made a huge difference in my recovery, I felt better after every session. Her space is also very peaceful and calming, which makes the whole experience even more relaxing while you’re healing. Highly recommend if you want someone who truly knows how to help your body recover properly. Ps she also a very sweet person, she always lifts my mood when I’m down just an all around good lady ❤️❤️❤️❤️"
"I recently visited this spa for a lymphatic massage, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. The space was calm, clean, and welcoming but what truly stood out was how knowledgeable and professional the therapist was. They took the time to explain how lymphatic drainage works, how it supports circulation and reduces puffiness, and how it would specifically benefit my face. I really appreciated how thorough and informative they were it made me feel confident that I was in expert hands."
"Juanita is a true god send. She is so knowledgeable and mindful of all the dynamics that come with healing. When I come to see her for my customized lymphatic massages I feel better and better every time! She also has the best fajas on the market, they keep you so snatched. I love the gradual compression for optimal healing. Thank you so much, Juanita!"
